Shainna and Paige Awarded Women in Football Coaching Scholarships
Murray United FC is proud to celebrate a major milestone for two of our dedicated female coaches, with Shainna Manson (U15s Coach) and Paige Hunt (U13s Coach) both awarded Football NSW Women in Football Scholarships for the prestigious AFC/FA B Diploma in Advanced Coach Education.
These scholarships are part of the Football NSW Women in Football Scholarship Program, an initiative that focuses on identifying and supporting female leaders in football. The program provides education, mentoring, and development opportunities to help women thrive at every stage of their coaching journey.
In what was a highly competitive application process, Shainna and Paige stood out for their leadership, commitment, and passion for developing the next generation of footballers. Their success is a reflection of the strong culture we are building at Murray United – one that values opportunity, inclusion, and excellence both on and off the pitch.
This achievement is not only a personal milestone for Shainna and Paige, but also a significant moment for our Female Program, which continues to grow in strength and impact. As role models and trailblazers, these two coaches are inspiring the young girls they mentor and shaping the future of football in our region.
