What a season it has been for our U14 Boys – their very first at Murray United – and what a way to finish! After a must-win clash against St Albans last weekend, the boys held their nerve, claimed a 1–0 victory, and secured their spot in finals football.
It has been a big year of growth and development for the group, adjusting quickly to the demands of NPL football and showing resilience right to the end. From tight contests to moments of brilliance, the boys have proven they can match it with the best, and their reward is a place in this year’s finals series.
This weekend, the team takes on Whittlesea Ranges in a huge elimination final. With everything on the line, the boys will be looking to continue their hard-working, team-first style of play and keep their Murray United journey alive.
We are so proud of what this group has achieved already in their first season at the club – but they’re not done yet. 🔴⚪
